The Music Club of Greenville has an instrument program that we call PITCH (Providing Instruments To CHildren). We collect donations from this site to purchase new instruments for schools in Upstate South Carolina or to repair instruments that have been graciously donated from the community. INSTRUMENT DONATIONS:
The Founder and Promoter of our PITCH Program (Providing Instruments To CHildren) is Connie Lacquement. She has given countless hours in organizing and working to get these instruments to the schools and students that need them. Thank you, Connie!!
If you have a band or orchestral instrument you would like to donate, please contact us with the details and THANK YOU, in advance! With the financial assistance of our donors, we repair and refurbish instruments to provide to schools in need. Instruments may be dropped off at Pecknel Music at 1312 N. Pleasantburg in Greenville, SC. Or we can work with you for them to be picked up if needed.
Unfortunately we are unable to take pianos or organs since we have no place for storage and cannot pay to have them moved. However, we will take electric keyboards since the schools always have a need for those.
Thank you to our grant partners:
